leader and change agent within the
facility.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with people
across all levels of the organization.
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing software. Six
Sigma training or certification.
Extensive knowledge and experience of
lean philosophy, principles and tools.
Able to work well with others on a
team.
Strong written and communication skills.
Proven successes with manufacturing strategies and
techniques: Lean Manufacturing; World
Class Manufacturing Techniques
Lead/facilitate process improvement workshops and
activities
Strong project management skills
Experience implementing Automation and Robotics would be an
asset
